Job Description Join Nine's dynamic Adelaide Television Sales team in this exciting 7-month contract role focused on delivering exceptional campaign administration and client service for Adelaide's premier media agencies. You will be supporting and working closely with Sales Executives to ensure the seamless execution and management of advertising campaigns .

Day to day you will:
• Coordinate end-to-end sales and advertising campaign management.
• Generate and update accurate financial reports to track performance.
• Maintain proactive client communication to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Collaborate with the market research team to support business analysis.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across editorial, production, and commercial teams.
What you'll bring:
• Prior experience in a customer service environment with a strong client focus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional mindset.
• The ability to absorb new information quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency across digital systems, ideally including both Microsoft and Google suites.
• A supportive team spirit with a commitment to sharing knowledge and skills.
