About this role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the Regional Sales Head by driving operational excellence and enabling the effectiveness of the sales organization. You will be responsible for executing standardized sales management processes, supporting revenue and Design Win tracking, forecasting, sales performance monitoring, and business reporting. Working closely with regional Sales teams and the global Sales Operations organization, you will ensure efficient sales operations and provide insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making. What You Will Do
• Support the Regional Sales Head in sales operations and business management activities.
• Implement, support, and execute standardized sales management processes.
• Drive revenue tracking, Design Win tracking, and sales forecasting in collaboration with regional Sales teams and the global Sales Operations team.
• Monitor sales targets, business performance, and controlling activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and support regional sales staff activities and operational initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data, forecasts, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in sales operations.
What You Will Need
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Operations experience within a semiconductor company or semiconductor distribution environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Sound understanding of semiconductor business processes, sales operations, and distribution models.
• Experience in sales forecasting, revenue analysis, Design Win tracking, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Highly dependable, proactive, and service-oriented, with a hands-on approach to supporting business needs.
• Results-driven with a strong team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
