Job Summary Responsible for sustaining and improving manufacturing processes and equipment performance to achieve quality, yield, productivity, and reliability targets within the pre-assembly production environment.
What You Need to Do
• Drive yield sustenance and continuous yield improvement initiatives. • Monitor process performance and manage lot holds/disposition to ensure smooth production flow. • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Equipment teams to resolve process and equipment-related issues. • Support NPI activities, including product qualification, validation, and production ramp-up. • Coordinate process changes and qualification activities for new products. • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process excursions and customer complaints. • Analyze process data and recommend improvements to optimize manufacturing performance.
What You Need to Have
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. • Good understanding of semiconductor assembly/pre-assembly processes and process control. • Experience in yield improvement, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects. • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and statistical analysis tools is an advantage. • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
