About this role
Position Overview: The Technical Services & Training Specialist supports the Technical Services Manager in developing, delivering, and maintaining technical, operational, regulatory, and service training programs. This role serves as a technical resource for franchise owners and associates by providing technical guidance, supporting compliance initiatives, assisting with product evaluations, and helping ensure consistent service delivery across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing, delivering, and maintaining technical training programs for franchise owners, managers, office staff, and service professionals.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support related to pest management, equipment, application techniques, and service quality.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including pesticide licensing, certification requirements, and communication of regulatory updates.
• Assist with evaluating new products, equipment, and service offerings through field testing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service protocols, operational resources, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate technical training events, onboarding activities, and certification programs while maintaining training materials and learning management system content.
• Track training effectiveness and service quality metrics and maintain technical resource libraries and knowledge management systems.
• Perform other duties as required.

Education, Experience, & Certifications: Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of experience in pest management, technical services, training, or operations support.
• Certified pesticide applicator or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred:
• An Associate's degree in a related field.
• Experience in mosquito or general pest management.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience supporting franchise operations.
