Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Client Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Head of Digital will lead the Pacific region’s digital vision and roadmap, working across business, technology, operations and enabling functions to deliver practical change. You will help shape a digital-first culture and identify opportunities to improve client, colleague and market experiences through innovation, automation and AI. This role sits within a global team and requires flexibility to connect with colleagues in other time zones.
We will count on you to:
• Define and communicate the Pacific digital vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with regional and global priorities. • Lead delivery of digital product initiatives, including prioritisation, governance, performance measures and outcomes. • Champion a digital-first, innovation-focused culture across the Pacific region. • Identify and scale opportunities for process digitisation, AI adoption and emerging technologies across the business. • Build effective relationships with business leaders, technology partners, operations, enabling functions and vendors to support delivery and accountability.
What you need to have:
• A bachelor’s degree in technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. • Extensive leadership experience in operational, transformation or business improvement roles. • Proven success leading large-scale technology or digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. • Experience working across global, matrix organisations and influencing senior stakeholders.
