THE JOB: As a Warehouse Receiving Attendant, you will be responsible for daily operations of the warehouse. THE STARTING RATE: $21.04 THE DAY-TO-DAY:
• Unload trucks by forklift and pallet jack • Inspect incoming merchandise for count, specification, quality and quantity ; report shortages or damage to the receiving supervisor • Stock or deliver received items to the appropriate area or department, check and sign for all incoming or outgoing items • Date and rotate all incoming perishable food items • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation • Assemble and deliver warehouse orders • Help maintain and assist the Receiving System (Stratton Warren) • Assist in all physical inventories • Report any safety or OSHA violation to supervisor
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Must be 21 years of age or older • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Preferred • Must possess a valid driver's license • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Warehouse and/or receiving experience Preferred • Must be able to obtain a food handlers card
