Pay $23.88 - $25.10 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications Plus shift differential of $2.00 for any hours worked on 3rd Shift
Schedule 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:20 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) Onsite; other days and hours as needed

Job Summary
• Determines need for materials based on production schedule and availability • Opens containers and replenishes line supplies • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials used on daily production sheet • Enters data into computer and prints labels using applicable data • Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist and cleans work area, machines and equipment to assist machine operators • Makes simple adjustments to equipment to accept product or manufacturing materials • Operates pallet jack to assist in loading or moving materials and products • Assists with cleaning and sanitizing of equipment • Performs disassembly and assembly of product tables and line equipment • Perform all other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
• Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors) • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cohesive, cross-functional team environment • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude • Basic math skills • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting • Demonstrated ability to promote and implement continuous process improvement and LEAN principles • Good attention to detail • Willing to cross train and cover other positions as needed • Willing to acquire an electric pallet jack license
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous machine operator experience • Accurate measurement and conversion skills • Good mechanical skills and/or previous technical training • Troubleshooting ability
