About The Role What you’ll be doing: You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the store.You will be working up to 45 hours per week - all extra time worked is paid or can be taken as time off in lieuYou’ll be leading from the front, managing a small team of between 4 - 6 members of staffYou’ll be committed to motivating your team to deliver a great customer experience as well as achieving challenging sales targetsYou’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them when they're bewildered by choice What you’ll need - skills and experience: Proven experience of leading a small teamManagerial experience within a retail or field sales position, ideally in a hard goods environmentProven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIsProven experience in motivating your teamYou’ll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product rangeYou'll be a confident, enthusiastic and driven team playerYou'll be committed to learning and developing yourself and your teamYour personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as basic computer literacyYou’ll possess the desire to succeed both individually and as leader of the team
