Job Responsibilities:

• 中专或技校以上学历，机电一体化/工业自动化/机械制造及其自动化等专业； Education: Secondary education or above, major in electromechanical integration/industrial automation/machinery manufacturing and automation；
• 2年以上维修相关工作经验，有汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先； Minimum 2 years directly related maintenance experiences, prefer company experience in an automative environment；
• 具备低压上岗证； With low-Voltage Electrician License；
• 能看懂电气图纸； Able to read basic electrical drawings of equipments；
• 接触PLC（西门子，三菱）、机器人、压机、CNC等相关设备； Maintenance experience with PLC（Siemens and Mitsubishi)、robot、press、CNC equipment;
• 了解焊接/冲压工艺原理； Understand the welding or press process principle;
• 具备基本的电气及机械相关知识； Basic electrical and mechanical Knowledge equipments;
• 熟悉并具有优化设备生产能力； Ability to optimize equipment production；
• 熟练操作计算机办公软件； Proficient in computer application such as Microsoft;
• 拥有团队合作精神和能力。 Good spirit and ability in Team work.
职责 Job Responsibilities
• 按要求进行设备巡检等日常工作； Perform daily check work；
• 按要求完成设备预防性维护计划； Perform preventive maintenance as required;
• 现场生产支持； Site production support;
• 推动TPM活动，并配合进行精益生产； Push TPM activities effectively and support lean production；
• 其他关于安全、操作、5S等相关规定和制度； Safety, operation, 5S and other related regulations and systems；
• 工作上内部配合工程师进行设备的优化，外部上指导生产人员正确操作和维护设备； Work internally with the engineers in the optimization of the device, externally guide the correct operation and maintenance of production staff on the devices；
• 完成班长安排的临时任务。 Finish the task from team leader.
安全要求 Safety Requirements
• 根据公司安全健康方针政策执行各项工作； Execute all working action in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act as well as company policies and guidelines;
• 保持个人工作区域卫生。 Responsible for good housekeeping in working area.
