Job Description

You will be in the rapidly growing Gaming team in China for China (C4C), and play an EE expert for iCafe headset products.

These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.

• Be responsible for electrical system design by your own skills • RF matching and Antenna fine tune to make best RF performance. (2.4GHz RF experience is a plus) • Validate your design by yourself, prepare the EVT test plan and make the EVT test, EMC debug and tests. • Problem & Failure analysis and mass production support with your technical skills. • Provide right level documentation with strong synthesis and propose capability • Collaborate with Chinese partners and suppliers to develop and commercialize new technologies • Apply system engineering skills and partner with a cross functional team, especially ESW(Embedded Software), connectivity and ME (Mechanical Engineering). • Engage with colleagues in a multi-site & multicultural environment (Switzerland, Taiwan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system-level hardware development, including component selection, BOM cost optimization, schematic design, and high-density multi-layer PCB layout guidance (strictly avoiding acoustic floor noise and ground wire crosstalk). • Specifically optimize antenna design (Antenna Placement), RF impedance matching, and wireless transmission power for harsh environments with extremely dense devices and severe Wi-Fi/Bluetooth mutual interference. • Responsible for power charging and discharge management (ensuring absolute safety of the battery during high-frequency use), signal integrity analysis, ESD protection, and other system integration and troubleshooting tests.

Prefer Skill:

• EE design experience: 10 years or above • Experience in hardware system development for complex wireless gaming peripherals (wireless headsets, wireless keyboard/mouse); experience in both RF and audio R&D from top-tier contract manufacturers or first-tier brands is preferred. • Proficient in using mainstream hardware design software (e.g., PADS/Cadence); expert in RF anti-interference debugging, hardware peripheral layout for mainstream wireless audio SoCs, and hardware integration validation of Bluetooth/2.4G wireless modules. • Possesses rigorous system architecture thinking and efficient troubleshooting capabilities, able to make technical decisions that balance cost and ultimate gaming performance within tight commercial launch schedules. • Curious and explore new technology. • Capability to synthesize and propose. • Fluent in English both written and spoken

Education:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline #LI-LZ1/51SZ/LP
