Position Summary Front Office Management
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence • Maintain visitor log and issue access badges as required • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness Administrative Support
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary • Handle courier, dispatch, and postal services • Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
