Job Summary
The K-12 professional and continuing education (PACE) program assistant, student employee is responsible for providing routine customer service and performing clerical and administrative duties according to established procedures. The K-12 PACE program assistant will also provide support to the K-12 PACE program manager and the director, strategic partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
• Supports the mission of the University and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellence • Models, supports, and holds others accountable to the University’s values • Assists with K-12 PACE registrations, rosters, certificates, and course catalog each term • Assists with data collection, data entry, and data management using Microsoft Excel, student information systems, and other tools • Assists with day-to-day customer service inquiries from students and partners • Coordinates with the Information Technology (IT) help desk to assist students in accessing student portal credentials and CANVAS • Provides direct support to students, the K-12 PACE program manager, and the director of strategic partnerships in collating data for reporting

Required Qualifications – An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
• Currently enrolled at Lindenwood University • Good academic and financial standing with the University
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – May be representative, but not all inclusive, of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures • Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, database management tools, and Photoshop • Ability to coordinate and prioritize activities and/or projects and perform tasks simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
