Position Summary The Provider Training & Onboarding Manager owns the onboarding experience for new LifeClinic chiropractors and is accountable for the consistency and effectiveness of the new doctor training program. This role facilitates a structured, multi-week immersion program delivered in cohorts of approximately six doctors, with primary ownership of the communication, sales-conversion, expectations, marketing, and clinic-operations curriculum.
