Title: Claims Analyst
Claims Analyst (Contract Engineer-I): 1.1 Purpose: To manage and analyze contractor claims, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and supporting the company's position in claims defense and dispute avoidance. 1.2 Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze contractor's claims related to schedule variances, costs, financial impacts, and any deviations in scope. • Prepare detailed impact assessments using appropriate methodologies and tools, including but not limited to Primavera P6, Costpoint, and other relevant software. • Interface with project teams to gather factual data supporting claims analysis. • Draft company responses to contractor claims with technical, legal, and contractual justification. • Maintain a claims log with exposure, status, and mitigation strategies. 1.3 Deliverables:
• Contractor Claims Review Reports • Claims Entitlement and Impact Analysis • Claims Log with Status and Exposure • Claims Dashboard for Management Review • Company Recommended Response to Contractor Claims • Claims Mitigation and Avoidance Plans 1.4 Compliance & Standards:
• Relevant Aramco GIs, contractual frameworks, and international best practices. • Industry standards for contract and claims management. 1.5 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Contract Management, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in contract administration or claims analysis in 3rd Party Projects. • Strong understanding of contract clauses, change control processes, and claims management. • Familiarity with Aramco GIs and contractual frameworks. • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
