Title: Senior Principal Instrumentation/Controls Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the ICSS package management and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare ICSS engineering deliverables including philosophies, specifications, execution plans, I/O lists, cause and effect matrices, control narratives, system architecture diagrams, and technical bid evaluations. • Review ICSS vendor and supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. • Provide ICSS technical support and interface coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, and vendors. • Participate in HAZOP, LOPA, design reviews, meetings, testing and etc. • Support FEED, detailed engineering, project planning, manhour estimation, and execution activities. • Ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Electronics or Control Systems/Instrumentation Engineering • Minimum 15 years of experience in I&C Engineering/Design of Hydrocarbon or Offshore Oil & Gas Processing Facilities, Wellhead platforms, FLNG, Alarm Rationalization, FEED, Manhour estimation • Must have led at least two projects as ICSS Lead/ICSS Package Manager • Must have thorough knowledge of ICSS (DCS, SIS, and F&G) from at least two industry-leading control system suppliers • Possess good communication skills and leadership qualities • Able to understand client and project requirements and meet the project expectations in terms of quality and schedule • Experience in managing ICSS-related activities on offshore projects
