SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our Decorative Project portfolio. You will manage assigned territory – Northen area, secure high-value project wins, and cultivate strong partnerships with key project stakeholders. This position will report to the Sales Manager and based in Penang.
Responsibilities:
• Introduce, promote, and secure decorative product specifications and sales for major projects and allocated customers within your territory.
• Conduct regular site, client, and developer visits to build lasting relationships and capture market intelligence.
• Implement sales policies and marketing initiatives in alignment with company regulations to support uniform business growth and operational efficiency.
• Maintain robust follow-up on project collections against assigned targets to ensure healthy company working capital and cash flow.
• Provide high-quality service to existing distributors and project accounts, promptly addressing customer complaints and efficiently responding to inquiries from dealers and project clients.
• Partner with your Manager to undertake and regularly update area audits, identifying untapped project pipelines and market potential within your designated region.
• Actively utilize and maintain the CRM system to track project pipelines and sales data. Coordinate closely with internal departments to guarantee timely project delivery and seamless customer service.

Qualifications
• Diploma with 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
• You have great communication skill and teamwork spirited.
