The Workplace Ambassador is the first point of contact for visitors and employees, serving as the face of JLL and our client on site. This role is responsible for delivering premium customer experience, seamlessly managing lobby, reception, visitor services, support to event coordination, and administrative capability. The Workplace Ambassador actively contributes to the overall workplace experience by upholding brand values, security, hospitality, and operational excellence.

• Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for Applied Materials employees, their guests and vendors; always professional and courteous. • Maintain a neat, brand-reflective reception and lobby area always. • Handle internal & external calls and correspondence. Respond to all inquiries promptly. • Activate and manage “out of hours” switchboard for emergency and non-emergency inquiries • Boost agility in the workplace by managing up-to-date visitor information; operate visitor management systems, process guest registration, and partner with Security to issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs, ensuring strict compliance with security protocols. • Receive, dispatch, and track service requests raised via reception (maintenance, cleaning, etc.) through the appropriate helpdesk tools. • Anticipate client needs through observation to create memorable experiences. • Respond to complaints, escalations, or facility incidents and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.

• Provide support for on-site meetings and events, including room bookings, set-up, catering coordination, and AV needs. • Facilitate the visitor journey, including communication with host employees, guiding guests, and supporting meeting logistics. • Serve as the site’s customer experience champion, conducting periodic experience sweeps and floor walks - sharing touchpoint feedback for service improvement. • Support new employee onboarding and orientation, issuing access cards as required. • Assist local FM team with workplace programs planning and execution, low volume courier intake, lost & found, the issue of consumables and stationery along with the requisitions and related inventory management. • Comply with all emergency procedures, ready to assist in evacuation or safety protocols as needed.

• Maintain excellent personal hygiene with clean, neatly styled hair and well-groomed appearance • Maintain a polished, professional appearance with subtle makeup in business-appropriate tones • Wear clean, pressed company uniform or approved business attire with visible name badge daily

• Achieve Guest Satisfaction Scores (Customer Survey/NPS) at or above account targets. • Maintain lobby appearance and functionality in perfect condition; zero unresolved audit findings. • Achieve 100% compliance with visitor security/access control protocols. • Respond to all helpdesk/service requests within the service level agreement. • Zero lost visitor/contractor badges or significant access violations.
