About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the Role The Head of Sales – Southeast Asia will take full ownership of the regional sales strategy and growth P&L across six Southeast Asian markets. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep logistics/supply chain expertise and a track record of scaling revenue in the region. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute regional sales strategy with differentiated go-to-market approaches tailored to each country's market maturity. Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales organization across six countries; establish sales lifecycle management framework to drive talent development and productivity. Business Development – Drive new customer acquisition targeting Chinese multinationals, local importers/exporters, manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, and cross-border sellers. Deepen penetration in high-end manufacturing, FMCG, 3C electronics, fashion, and healthcare sectors. Product Sales – Drive revenue across cross-border import/export (2B/2C), international supply chain (warehousing & fulfillment), and overseas transportation (air, sea, land, customs). Leverage JDL's self-operated SEA warehousing network and proprietary systems. Key Account Management – Lead large-scale contract logistics negotiations and strategic regional agreements; build deep strategic partnerships with key accounts. Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with operations, finance, product, and customs teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery. Represent JDL at industry conferences and key client meetings. Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or cross-border trade • Proven track record of driving rapid revenue growth in Southeast Asia • Experience managing multi-country, multi-cultural sales teams across at least 2 SEA markets • Deep understanding of overseas warehousing & fulfillment, cross-border logistics, and international transportation • Strong knowledge of Chinese multinationals' supply chain needs in SEA • Fluent in English (business negotiation level); Chinese or SEA languages a plus • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
