SmartSort/Data Entry
Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and leadership-minded SmartSort/Data Entry Coordinator to join our Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving daily production goals through hands-on supervision, optimizing inventory accuracy via Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and providing the high-level operational reporting necessary to scale our fulfillment capabilities.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
• Supervise and develop a high-performing team by overseeing daily workflows, providing real-time performance feedback, and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage end-to-end operational execution including the coordination of incoming/outgoing shipments, resource allocation for production schedules, and the maintenance of precise inventory records.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by tracking production metrics and generating operational reports for leadership to ensure all company KPIs and job assignments are completed on time.
