The Large Format AEC business is undergoing an exciting transformation, combining industry-leading DesignJet and PageWide XL products with software, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and construction technology solutions. As part of this journey, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to help shape the future of our AEC portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that help AEC professionals work more productively from design office to jobsite.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager for the DesignJet AEC portfolio, you will:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for specific areas of the DesignJet AEC portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

• Build deep understanding of AEC customer workflows, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. • Identify growth opportunities, customer pain points, and unmet needs across hardware, software, services, and workflow solutions. • Develop compelling value propositions and product positioning that differentiate HP in the AEC market. • Lead product lifecycle management from concept definition through launch, commercialization, and end-of-life planning. • Define business cases, opportunity sizing, pricing recommendations, investment priorities, and ROI analysis. • Partner with engineering, UX, R&D, marketing, sales, customer support, and operations teams to deliver winning solutions. • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and portfolio priorities. • Define success metrics and drive data-driven decision-making through customer insights, business performance, and product usage analytics. • Represent the voice of the customer and influence strategic decisions at portfolio level. • Support go-to-market planning and collaborate with worldwide sales and marketing teams to maximize product adoption and business impact. • Drive continuous innovation by evaluating industry trends in construction technology, workflow digitization, AI, automation, and cloud-connected experiences.

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent business leadership experience.

• Proven track record managing products throughout their lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to launch and growth. • Experience working with technology products, ideally combining hardware, software, and digital services. • Experience in AEC, construction technology, workflow software, technical printing, SaaS, or related industries is highly valued.
