How you’ll make an impact
• You will process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and update customer information.
• You will support the sales team in preparing for customer meetings, trade shows, and other sales-related events.
• You will provide general office administration support to ensure smooth daily operations, including mail handling and pantry and office supply coordination.
• You will support the Country Managing Director with administrative tasks as needed
Your background
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1~5 years of experience in sales support, administrative, preferably within a similar industry
• Proficiency in MS office and Outlook, with good communication skills in English
• Experience in SAP preferred
