GBS Analyst II – Marketing Ops
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support a wide range of marketing activities. This role will focus on supporting the marketing & R&D team's data repository, material management operations, budgets & project management ensuring smooth processes and seamless execution of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
R&D Specifications Data Management
• Review and maintain specifications data across key systems, including raw materials, sub-formulas, formulas, and nutrient profiles for products across the portfolio • Validate data against source documents and process sheets, identify mismatches, and coordinate correction of inaccurate specification records • Perform data quality checks on nutrient and product data used for regulatory assessments such as HFSS, including escalation of issues requiring R&D or Regulatory input • Manage day-to-day specifications queries with R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely resolution and accurate system updates • Improve specifications data processes by introducing control checks, reducing manual errors, and supporting a more consistent governance model
Project Management Support
• Creating GMNs via MDG: Support the creation of GMNs (Global Material Numbers) using MDG (Material Data Governance) processes and aligning relevant X-functional stakeholders. • Creation of Codes: Assist in the assignment of various codes (e.g., TUCs, CUCs), ensuring all necessary steps and approvals are completed and correct • NDA & Vendor Setup: Manage the creation of NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and assist with new vendor setups. • Project Management Support: Provide project management support by managing business cases, tracking SKU scope, and assisting with project timelines on the relevant platforms
Marketing Processes
• New Material Setup: Assist in the setup of new raw materials and finished goods for new product developments (NPD). • Repository Management: Maintain and update a data repository of raw, packaging and finished materials for existing and new products across the portfolio. • Asset Management: Oversee the upload and management of marketing assets on BrandBank / ContentHub
Qualifications
• Strong communication and Stakeholder Management skills with an eye for detail • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience in content management systems like ContentHub or Brand-Bank is a plus. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Basic project management skills with the ability to track timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Education:
• Bachelor / Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience - preferably within Consumer Products / Retail industry domains • Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required • Experienced within Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!
