Job Description The Assistant Manager, GCC Procurement Support, will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes and ensuring efficient supply chain operations for KH INDIA GCC PRIVATE LIMITED. This position focuses on supporting the Global Competence Center (GCC) procurement functions, driving cost reduction initiatives, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage and administer contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and identifying opportunities for optimization. * Implement and monitor cost reduction strategies across various procurement categories within the GCC framework. * Support inventory management activities, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. * Coordinate logistics and materials management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. * Execute procurement activities in line with company policies and best practices, focusing on efficiency and value for money. * Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and onboard key suppliers. * Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving issues effectively. * Contribute to the overall improvement of supply chain efficiency and resilience within the GCC operations. * Oversee vendor management activities, including performance evaluation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Prepare reports and presentations on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier metrics.

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferably within a GCC or shared services environment. * Strong understanding and practical experience in Contract Management, including negotiation and administration. * Demonstrated ability to achieve Cost Reduction targets and implement effective cost-saving strategies. * Proficiency in Inventory Management principles and practices. * Solid knowledge of Logistics and Materials Management processes. * Experience in Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management. * Familiarity with various Procurement methodologies and best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in relevant software and systems for procurement and supply chain management.
