What You’ll Get To Do:
• Provide leadership in development and implementation of plant safety initiatives • Oversee the optimization of production equipment, including kiln, grinding mills, and related processes and inputs including raw materials and fuels • Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts in cooperation with the Maintenance Manager • Coordinate refractory related activities, including selection, ordering, removal, installation, and maintenance of refractory history Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, Mechanical engineering discipline strongly preferred. • Cement and/or heavy industrial setting experience required • Previous leadership experience is an asset • Proven communication and relationship management skills • Problem solving skills and multi-discipline thinking • Excellent working knowledge with a variety of software • Safety and maintenance exposure is an asset • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project • AutoCad experience nice to have Work Environment:
• Role operates in a manufacturing location where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels What we have to offer:
