• Be the subject matter expert on the HRIS System, offering support and training to all managers, supervisors and employees across the site.

• Review, track, and document compliance with supported training, and continuing education. This may include policy training, apprenticeships and traineeships.

• Manage and report on any training incentives and subsidies including government wage subsidies.

• Create and manage HR related documentation in line with business needs, while maintaining document control integrity.

• Assist with the implementation of employee recognition programs and coordinate related activities.

• Perform routine tasks required to assist the Human Resources Manager with human resource programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.

• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, and investigations where requested.

• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

• Assist the Human Resources Manager with the development, coordination and recording of annual Performance Development Reviews.

• Support all functions relating to the employee employment life-cycle.

• Assist the wider Harvest Road Human Resources team with training information, talent acquisition and policy development if requested.

• Assist the HR Manager with Audit planning

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Be a proficient user in all HR related systems and databases, and have a comprehensive understanding of Company processes, policy, contract and award interpretation.
