Volume Recruiter | 6-month secondment contract | Full-time | Immediate start
We're looking for an experienced and energetic end-to-end recruiter to join our fast-paced Volume Recruitment team. In this role, you'll primarily recruit Specialised Carers for our residential locations, playing a key part in helping us attract and hire quality talent.
Key responsibilities include: Resume screening and shortlist management; conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments; completing background and compliance checks; offering candidates; contract administration; building strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
About you: Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within volume or temporary recruitment, comfortable managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply, provided you can commit to the full 6-month contract.
Talent Acquisition Advisor | Parental leave contract until December 2027 | Full-time | Commencing mid October 2026
Join our Dementia Support Australia portfolio and help recruit predominately Dementia Support Coaches and Consultants, who make a real difference in the lives of Australians living with dementia.
Key responsibilities include: Resume screening and shortlist management; conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments; completing background and compliance checks; offering candidates; contract administration; building strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
About you: Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience, proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, strong end-to-end recruitment capability and a proactive approach, passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Resourcer | Part-time | 2 days per week | 6-8 months TBC – November start
We're seeking an experienced recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition Advisors on an exciting project within the Dementia Support Australia portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement and excels at identifying quality talent.
Key responsibilities include: reviewing and screening applications, conducting candidate phone interviews, providing recruitment support across the project
About you: Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience, strong candidate assessment and screening skills, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience
