Responsibilities / Tasks
• Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site. • Knowledge of extrusion, raw materials bindings and 2D, 3D, multilayer snacks and pasta processing.
• Delivery of top-quality service execution and Identify customer needs. • Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues. • Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and services • To follow the internal expenses and travel policies • Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades. • Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship. • Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service. • Willingness to travel within the country and Globally at least 70% of annual working days
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelors or Technical Degree preferred • Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC & servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC, and PC based control systems • Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. • Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems. • Strong customer service orientation with a “do whatever it takes” attitude. • Able to multi-task and work under extreme pressure. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently.. • Be able to read/understand blueprints, and mechanical/electrical drawings. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to evaluate and solve problems in a logical manner. • Knowledge of Mechanical drawings and electrical circuits, wiring, and schematics. • Knowledge of English, knowledge of another language appreciated - Availability for national and international travel
