We are looking for a (BU Service ) Lifecycle Manager. Responsibilities / Tasks In the role of Lifecycle Manager- you will ensure the successful development, optimization, and profitability of service offerings throughout their entire lifecycle—from introduction and growth to maturity and phase-out.
Roles and responsibilities
• Develop and manage the service lifecycle strategy for assigned products and solutions.
• Monitor and optimize service performance across all lifecycle phases.
• Define service offerings, pricing, and value propositions in alignment with market needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze lifecycle data and implement actions based on KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales.
• Lead service portfolio reviews and lifecycle decisions.
• Identify opportunities for digitization and service innovation.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in service management, lifecycle management, or product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (Dutch or German is an advantage).
