• CET Strategy, Planning & Execution: Develop and implement the annual CET strategy and plans for the IA portfolio. This includes congress planning, aesthetic protocol development, scientific messaging for products, and associated GAIN events. • KTL and Speaker Engagement: Partner with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and external experts to gather insights through regular meetings and interactions. Facilitate scientific discussions, provide relevant data and resources, and support evidence-based decision-making to maximize business impact. Coordinate faculty meetings and roundtable discussions to generate insights for IA portfolio strategy and new product launches. • GAIN Program Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver GAIN programs for healthcare professionals and consumers. Training topics may include aesthetic procedures, product knowledge, injection techniques, anatomy, disease education, and product presentations. Contribute to the development of effective educational content to support program objectives. • Internal Capability Building: Design and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders on Galderma products and relevant disease areas. Maintain a structured training calendar while responding to emerging business needs. Build partnerships with Marketing, JPAC, and Global CET teams to identify and leverage appropriate resources. Support commercial capability initiatives, including selling skills training, when aligned with global standards and business requirements. • Operational Excellence: Support budget planning and management, foster effective cross-functional collaboration, and continuously develop CET knowledge and capabilities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Experience / Competencies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or aesthetics industry, including KOL management and/or HCP engagement. • Prior experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or aesthetics industry is advantageous. • Educational background in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related discipline is preferred. • Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to navigate sensitive or complex discussions professionally and respectfully. • Strategic thinking and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. • Training, coaching, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing capabilities. • Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships across stakeholder groups. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and positive experiences. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as needed. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education / Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and aesthetics regulations and registration requirements. • Understanding of core marketing principles and their practical application. • Familiarity with Galderma's marketing processes and ways of working. • Sufficient scientific knowledge to support effective collaboration with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. • Understanding of product development processes and key commercial touchpoints. • Knowledge of business fundamentals and marketing principles, with the ability to apply them to evolving opportunities and challenges in the aesthetics market.
