Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Quality Manager located in Aguascalientes. The Senior Quality Manager role involves maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.
What a typical day looks like:
• NPI management. • CAPA management (CARs). • Documentation creation. • Customer service. • Systematic corrections. • Management of zero-defect operations. • Personnel management. • Follow-up with Engineering. The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Engineering Degree • Advance English • Problem Solving Tools – Core Tools • Six Sigma, proven experience • Analytical Thinking Skills. • Effective Communication • Change Management • Project management • Quality KPIs • Customer-facing executive experience • Executive Communication skills • NPI quality leadership experience • Experience launching products into mass production • Supplier Quality & Process Validation expertise • Proven people leadership and talent development • Ability to lead quality strategy across multiple concurrent NPIs
