Job Description: About the Role Join Nobel Biocare as a Scientific Communications Manager and play a pivotal role at the intersection of science and marketing. In this global position, you will transform clinical evidence into compelling, high-quality scientific communications that strengthen the positioning of our innovative solutions. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure that scientific data is translated into impactful narratives that support product adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities Scientific Communication Execution
• Execute global scientific communication plans aligned with marketing strategies • Develop high-quality materials supporting product launches and lifecycle initiatives
Content Development
• Create and manage scientific communication assets, including: • Presentation decks • Scientific marketing materials • Case studies and clinician interviews • Congress and educational content
• Ensure consistent, evidence-based scientific messaging
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial teams • Support go-to-market initiatives with scientific content and expertise
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure all materials meet regulatory, compliance, and scientific standards • Contribute to review and approval processes with subject matter experts
Scientific Support
• Respond to scientific inquiries from internal stakeholders • Support field teams with validated scientific information • Escalate complex topics to senior experts
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Track KPIs (e.g., engagement, asset utilization) • Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Job Requirements: What You Bring Education & Knowledge
• PhD in Life Sciences, or MSc with relevant experience • Strong understanding of scientific evidence and medical communication • Knowledge of the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in scientific communications, medical affairs, or related fields • Proven track record in developing scientific marketing materials (e.g., publications, congress assets) • Experience interpreting clinical and pre-clinical data Skills
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling messaging • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience in marketing campaign execution and go-to-market initiatives • Excellent scientific writing skills in English
