Grab is looking for a Senior Specialist, Commercial Process to design and scale Salesforce solutions across business products. You will partner with sales teams to translate complex requirements into efficient workflows and ensure the successful implementation of long-term commercial tools.

Get to Know the Role

As the Senior Analyst, Commercial Process, you will drive regional growth by designing and optimizing scalable, AI-integrated lead-to-cash workflows and CRM systems.

This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Process Optimization: You will support the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process by identifying bottlenecks and implementing workflow improvements across markets.Tool Enablement: You will support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered sales tools to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.Collaboration: You will partner with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to build automation projects and ensure seamless data flow between systems.Documentation & Governance: You will fevelop SOPs, guides, and training materials to standardize commercial best practices across the region.CRM Management: You will translate commercial strategies into structured Salesforce workflows, ensuring high data integrity and system performance.Project Execution: You will support regional programs aimed at removing friction in the sales cycle and improving overall operational efficiency. What Essential Skills You Will Need

You have 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analyst, or related roles.You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tech stacks and sales AI tools.You have experience translate complex requirements into technical solutions.You have execution-oriented mindset: Experience creating detailed demos that are tailored to customers' pain points.You have experience with sales metrics, including pipeline management, conversion rates, and revenue tracking.You have experience establishing communication and engagement with commercial partners, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.You have Project management skills, with experience managing multiple tasks.
