Get to Know the Role
As the Commercial Sales Process Lead, you will lead the design, governance, and optimization of the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will shape how our sales organization operates at scale. You will integrate AI-driven sales tools, CRM systems, automation, and analytics into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.
You will be the bridge between commercial strategy, and technology enablement — ensuring that our sales processes are scalable and future-ready.
You will be based fully on site in Jakarta.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and productsImprove adoption of AI-powered sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility, lead prioritization, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivityPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and experienced workflows into the commercial processIdentify opportunities to use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue realizationDesign and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and guides to standardize commercial best practicesTranslate commercial strategy into structured workflows supported by CRM and AI-enabled systemsLead projects to remove friction in the sales cycle and improve operational efficiencyFacilitate partner workshops to agree on process design, prioritization, and technology roadmapBe a central contact for sales process and sales tools transformation initiativesProvide leadership visibility on commercial performance metrics and process optimization opportunitiesFocused on commercial process and sales technology excellence What Essential Skills You Will Need
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related rolesExperience with commercial excellence metrics (pipeline management, conversion rates, quota attainment, forecasting, revenue tracking)Demonstrated senior partners and lead agreementWith the ability to translate insights into actionExperience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales toolsExcellent project managementExperience leading regional or multi-market projectsExperience in digital advertising, marketplace, or technology-driven businessesSalesforce or CRM certifications Life at Grab
