The Specification Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with architects, engineers, design professionals, and other key influencers within the Northwest US region. The primary objective of the role is to increase Zurn Elkay Water Solutions’ presence in the design community by influencing product selections and specifications early in the project development process. This position serves as a key technical and commercial resource to the architectural and engineering community, introducing Zurn Elkay products and solutions, influencing specifications, identifying new project opportunities, and positioning the company’s products prior to the bidding stage. Essential Job Functions

• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with architects, engineers, specification writers, designers, and other members of the design community within the assigned territory. Conduct individual and group presentations to these audiences on Zurn Elkay products, technologies, applications and solutions. • Identify opportunities to replace competitive products and influence product specifications in favor of Zurn Elkay solutions. Introduce new products and technologies to the architectural and engineering community and identify opportunities for their incorporation into future projects. • Influence product selection and specifications during the early stages of project design, well before projects reach the bidding stage, working with architects, engineers, and specification writers to ensure Zurn Elkay products are appropriately specified and positioned within project documents. • Develop and maintain an accurate pipeline of projects influenced through the architectural and engineering community. Influence product selection and specifications during the early stages of project design, well before projects reach the bidding stage. • Maintain accurate and timely activity and project information within the company’s CRM system. • Represent Zurn Elkay at local and regional trade shows, industry events, design conferences, and customer events. • Develop active relationships with professional organizations serving the architectural and engineering communities, including ASPE & AIA and other relevant industry associations. Scope

• Revenue scope: $40-$60M • This position focuses primarily on commercial business. • Indirect reports: 3-5 rep agencies • Degree of cross-functional responsibilities: full – works closely with Product Management, Marketing, BUs, and other parts of the commercial organization. • Must be located in the Northwest region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado). • Ideally located in Salt Lake City, UT, Seattle, WA, or Portland, OR • Travel up to 50%

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent industry experience required • Minimum of 6 years of experience and demonstrated aptitude in the B2B sales, marketing, and/or service of manufactured plumbing, building materials / systems / controls or other industrial products • Specific experience in plumbing, fire protection, irrigation, or site utilities is highly desirable, but not required

The compensation range identified below is a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Salary Range: $91,632 - $125,995
