Position Title: Strategic Sourcing Consult II (PHL) Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippines) Job Description: Responsible for the execution and implementation of traditional, moderately complex sub-category/ad-hoc sourcing strategies, processes, supplier management and governance. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Executes standardized strategic sourcing processes for assigned sub-categories. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal customers and key suppliers for sub-categories. Focuses on cost savings. Partners with procurement leaders on strategic sourcing and/or procurement tasks and initiatives. Develops and implements sourcing recommendations. Owns and manages the governance processes ensuring compliance, traceability, anticipation and alignment for all procurement actions. Evaluates procurement practices and researches best practices to identify and implement process improvements, which ensure optimal results and alignment to best practices. Partners with business leaders to analyze and present value added sourcing opportunities and initiatives. Participates in fact-based negotiations and executes contracts utilizing approved terms and conditions. Identifies sourcing strategies for each procurement subcategories and defines vendor management policies. Monitors, tracks and reports supplier compliance and performance benefits. Participates in cross-enterprise commodity teams for sub-categories and tracks and improves non-compliance preferred supplier(s). Requires a BA/BS; 4 years of experience in sourcing/supplier selection with at least 2 years experience with negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. CPM preferred.
