Position Title: Business Continuity Progam Mgr (PHL) Shift:

Job Description: The Business Continuity Program supports the execution of the organization’s Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, data gathering, testing support, and reporting to ensure continuity plans remain current, tested, and audit-ready. This position works under the guidance of the BCP Sr. Manager and Elevance Health / Carelon Global Solutions Business Resilience standards. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Business Continuity Program Execution- support execution of the BCP Program but not limited to, network resilience testing, and site-level readiness initiatives. Assist in maintaining and updating CGS PH & PR BCP Playbooks, line-of-Business (LoB) BCP Operational Manuals, crisis invocation and escalation procedures, track site readiness and continuity coverage against defined thresholds, escalating gaps to the BCP Sr. Manager. Business Impact Analysis (BIA) & Risk Assessment- support BIA activities through data collection, validation, and consolidation, assist in documenting RTO/RPO, dependency mapping, and recovery strategies, maintain risk registers and site hazard profiles (typhoon, flood, earthquake, power, telecom, people risks), prepare summary insights and recommendations for review by the BCP Sr. Manager. Crisis Management & Incident Support- support Security & Safety during actual incidents and coordinates necessary response actions, assist with real-time data consolidation (headcount, site status, IT availability, vendor readiness), provide administrative and coordination support during CMT activations, document after-action reports (AARs) and lessons learned. Testing, Exercises & Assurance- coordinate and support tabletop exercises, walkthroughs and site drills, network failover and IT resilience tests (PH & PR), track exercise results, action items, and remediation progress, support internal audits and external surveillance audits through evidence preparation. Automation & Data-Driven Resilience- support automation of manual BCP processes including Associate Reporting Tool (ART), headcount and site status tracking, vendor readiness tracking, partner with relevant department to enhance dashboards, metrics, and reporting. Stakeholder & Vendor Management- act as day-to-day BCP liaison for site leaders and LoB heads, support functions (Facilities, HR, IT, Security), critical vendors (telecom, power, food, transport, security). Governance, Documentation & Communication- maintain BCP documentation repositories and approval workflows, prepare executive-ready materials a such as dashboards, risk heat maps, readiness scorecards. Support communications to associates before, during, and after disruptions. Skills & Competencies are strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills, high attention to detail and documentation discipline, ability to work with data, trackers, and dashboards, clear written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working under guidance while developing independence, proven strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities, available to work night shift and flexible hours depending on requirements and strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners and communicate updates clearly.
