Maintains the supply inventory for all donor events. Produces and delivers extremely detailed tasks, a high-level of organization and communication and compassion with donors, employees and external partners in a dynamic event environment. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. 2. Responsible for event set-up and take down for Foundation; works irregular hours, including late nights and early mornings; manages vendors load in/load out and ensures professional and timely delivery from all vendors; treats venues, homes, and rental set up with extreme precision, protection and cleanliness. 3. Tracks and maintains event supplies and inventory across multiple storage locations, balancing a variety of stakeholders’ requests and anticipates needs; keeps clear inventory of each storage area and manages a schedule of when items are picked up, borrowed, cleaned, and dropped off. 4. Coordinates the operations of the storage areas. including but not limited to contracting, moving, shelves, organization and coordinating with facilities on needs. 5. Schedules and ensures routine maintenance, necessary repairs and carwashes are completed for Foundation Events Vehicles. 6. Requests and schedules with facilities for additional physical labor support and coordinates transportation, as needed per event and event leader. 7. Performs daily runs to suppliers, vendors, post offices, clubs, homes as needed. 8. Refills and orders, with approval, on necessary equipment as needed. 9. Responds to needs and pivoting tasks from Events Team. 10. Answers donor inquiries and accommodates, resolves or escalates issues in alignment with donor experience strategy. 11. Ensures 5-star Excellence of Eisenhower Health Foundation are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day in operations and relationships, while being fiscally responsible. 12. Attends Foundation Events and facilities onsite execution to ensure expectations are met by vendors and successful outcomes. 13. Performs other duties as assigned.
