About this role
Responsibilities
• Manage the employee engagement programs, talent management and performance review. • This position is also responsible for managing the implementation of HR systems and ensuring process improvement/maximization and implementation on compliance of Labor laws and other government mandated benefits. • Providing administrative support to the HR and HP ops team.
Experience
• Min 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR field, leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of HR processes • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities • Excellent decision-making skills • Above average public speaking skills • Strong Ethics and Discretion • Critical thinking skills • Above average computer skills
