About this role
The purpose of this role is work closely with the Digital Performance teams to implement and execute Performance Marketing campaigns, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets. Job Description:
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms to maximize ROI
• Analyze campaign and website data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure, and efficiency
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated execution and accurate reporting
• Prepare performance reports and client-facing presentations
