About this role

The Integrated Planning Senior Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end (E2E) integrated planning agenda across the marketplace, covering Wholesale, Retail, and eCommerce channels. This role connects long-term strategy, pre-season planning (S&OP), and in-season execution (S&OE) into a unified planning framework. It ensures that demand, supply, inventory, and allocation decisions are fully aligned to deliver against sales, margin, and inventory targets.

Acting as the business integrator, this role enables cross-functional alignment, drives data-backed decision making, and optimizes trade-offs across channels to maximize marketplace performance and consumer experience.

20% Integrated Planning Strategy & IBP Governance 1. Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP / S&OP) process across Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive Review 2. Connect MFP, GTM1/2, and in-season execution into a single planning rhythm 3. Own the marketplace consensus plan, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain 4. Drive decision cadence and governance to proactively manage risks and opportunities across the E2E value chain

15% Omni-Channel Demand Planning (Marketplace View) 1. Own demand planning across Wholesale (sell-in), Retail & ECOM (sell-through), building a unified marketplace demand view 2. Translate MFP and GTM targets into actionable pre-season demand plans and channel strategies 3. Drive in-season forecast management through S&OE cycles, incorporating real-time sales performance and market signals 4. Improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, and enable dynamic re-forecasting 5. Provide demand insights and scenarios to support commercial prioritization and trade-off decisions

10% Supply Planning & PAB Integration 1. Lead supply planning strategy to support demand requirements while optimizing operational constraints (capacity, lead time, cost) 2. Drive PAB (Pre-Availability Balance) alignment and ensure supply readiness for GTM launches 3. Translate demand plans into supply plans (buy, production, delivery phasing) and monitor execution 4. Identify supply risks and constraints early, enabling mitigation and scenario planning 5. Improve supply agility to support marketplace volatility

10% Inventory Planning & Financial Alignment 1. Own marketplace inventory strategy, ensuring alignment with financial targets (revenue, margin, working capital) 2. Define inventory guardrails (turn, weeks of supply, aging) and drive adherence across channels 3. Project inventory positions from pre-season through in-season and identify potential risks (excess, shortage, obsolescence) 4. Lead inventory action planning (rebalance, liquidation, channel shifting) to optimize inventory productivity 5. Provide full transparency of inventory health to business stakeholders

10% Allocation & Replenishment Strategy (S&OE Execution) 1. Define allocation principles across channels and stores, aligned with assortment strategy and demand signals 2. Lead first allocation to support GTM launches and seasonal priorities 3. Drive in-season replenishment through S&OE cycles based on sell-through and inventory performance 4. Optimize store and channel inventory productivity via transfers, consolidation, and stock rebalancing 5. Balance service level, sell-through, and inventory efficiency across the network

15% Scenario Planning & Business Decision Enablement 1. Lead scenario planning across demand, supply, and inventory to evaluate trade-offs and business impacts 2. Provide strategic recommendations on buy adjustments, channel prioritization, and inventory deployment 3. Support financial forecasting by integrating demand and inventory projections 4. Build insight-driven storytelling to influence senior leadership decisions

20% Cross-Functional Leadership & Capability Building 1. Act as the key connector across Commercial, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain 2. Drive alignment between regional and global planning teams, elevating local market insights 3. Build and develop a high-performing integrated planning team 4. Standardize planning processes, KPIs, and tools across channels 5. Drive adoption of digital planning capabilities and advanced analytics
