• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Consumer Banking Group's special operations • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer experience • Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Group leadership on special projects and initiatives • Monitor and report on the performance of special operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence Requirements
