About this role
Under general supervision, performs electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair activities for plant facilities, production equipment, tools, and machines. Diagnoses equipment issues, completes repairs, and supports preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on non-functioning equipment, tools, machines, and facility systems. (30%)
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using blueprints, operating manuals, repair manuals, sketches, and drawings. (25%)
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks to support safe and reliable operation. (20%)
• Complete routine equipment modifications as directed by Manufacturing Engineering or maintenance leadership. (15%)
• Maintain maintenance records, parts usage, and equipment documentation. (10%)
Representative Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, facilities, or related technical experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing equipment principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and repair documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, safety, and documentation skills.
