fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable fieldhave initial practical experience in testing (e.g., test execution, test setups, early-stage procedures or validation)have experience in AITare comfortable working both hands-on and digitally (documentation, procedure writing)are neither purely manufacturing-focused nor purely software-focused — you enjoy combining hardware proximity with systematic testinghave strong communication skills in English, German is a plus and a collaborative approachWe value diversity and therefore welcome all applications - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/belief, disability, age and sexual orientation and identity.
