About this role

We are looking for a Senior PA/QA Engineer to support the design, manufacture, and verification of spaceflight hardware. You will ensure high-quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts, participate in technical reviews, assess risks, and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Location: LondonOn Site: 1-2 monthClearance: SC Experience Level: Senior Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components.Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non-conformances and anomalies.Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control.Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test).Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non-conformances.Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation. Required Skills:

Mandatory space industry experience.5+ years of experience in PA/QA for regulated manufacturing, preferably spaceflight.Knowledge of materials, mechanical parts, and space hardware processes.Experience in testing, verification, and reporting.Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Desirable Skills:

Strong documentation and quality management skills.Supplier management experience.Knowledge of spacecraft integration and assembly is advantageous. Why join us?
