Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving business growth in the Industrial Heating & Cooling segment across the NEA region through market development, strategic partnership building, and customer engagement. The role will focus on expanding industrial heating applications, including heat pumps, heat recovery systems, and decarbonization initiatives, while strengthening Copeland’s market position and accelerating market penetration across the segment.

Description of duties & activities:

- Market Development & Growth Strategy(30%)

• Identify and develop emerging applications, market segments, and strategic accounts to drive long-term business growth. • Develop and execute market growth strategies based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends. • Drive demand creation activities and expand Copeland’s presence in industrial heating and cooling applications.

- Strategic Customer & Partner Engagement(30%)

• Build strategic relationships with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, distributors, and other key industry stakeholders. • Influence project specifications and technology selections during the early stages of project development. • Generate, qualify, and convert opportunities into sustainable business growth.

- Product & Application Development(20%)

• Collaborate with global product management and engineering teams to develop solutions aligned with customer and market requirements.

• Provide market intelligence, application insights, and regulatory updates to support product strategy and business growth. - Regional Leadership & Sales Enablement(10%)

• Act as the NEA Segment Champion for Industrial Heating & Cooling by driving knowledge sharing, market intelligence, and best-practice deployment across the region. • Support country sales teams in opportunity development, customer engagement, and strategic project pursuits.

- Planning & Reporting(10%)

• Maintain pipeline visibility and opportunity management through Salesforce CRM. • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.

Education and Professional Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Energy, or related Engineering disciplines. • Relevant experience in industrial heating, cooling, refrigeration, HVACR, heat pump, or thermal management applications.

Experience & Competencies:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, business development, application engineering, or project execution within industrial HVACR or thermal management markets. • Proven track record of developing new business opportunities, creating market demand, and securing strategic projects. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, channel partners, and end users. • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of developing and executing growth strategies with minimal supervision. • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and presentation skills. • Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken. Additional proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is an advantage. • Experience with industrial refrigeration, heating, thermal management, OEM, or system integration companies is preferred.

• Overseas Travel: 10-30 %
