Behind the scenes, BPT is enabled by global engineering teams working on next-generation applications like the Electronic Lab Notebook(ELN). These are sophisticated proprietary web applications that will be used by our scientists, engineers, and technicians to document research, experiments, and procedures performed in our international network of laboratories.

Job Description
Analyse high level user requirements from business as input, then author detailed user stories and present to software development teams in support of Laboratory software development projects.Work directly with business analysts and business users to understand and specific high level user requirementsPlan out application logic and flow and prepare/present page mockups to software development teamsPrepare user stories and technical documentation to be presented to software development team that details the specific requirementsPresent ideas in a group setting and facilitate constructive discussion to drive consensusDesign state flow diagrams and other technical presentations to clearly illustrate intended processesQualifications
Strong systems analysis skills requiredExperience working in a team following scrum development methodologyAbility to break down complex business requirements into discrete logical units for developmentStrong technical writing skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and conciselyExperience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare fieldsBasic understanding of software development principlesBasic understanding of database conceptsBasic understanding of computer networking concepts

MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA: Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
