Are you passionate about agriculture, quality, and leading a team that keeps grain moving safely and efficiently? Eurofins Grain Inspection is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to guide daily operations at our grain inspection facility and serve as a trusted partner to our clients.

â What Youâll Do
As our Site Supervisor, youâll be the heartbeat of the facilityâsupporting your team, serving our customers, and ensuring smooth, safe operations every day.
You will:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the inspection facilityTrain, mentor, and supervise Grain Inspectors in sampling, grading, and testing grain according to USDA/FGIS standardsAct as the primary liaison between Eurofins and our client, sharing key operational updates and ensuring excellent serviceChampion a safety-first culture and maintain a clean, compliant work environmentEnsure accuracy in all test results and communicate findings to clients and grain truck driversOversee scheduling, timekeeping, and general site operationsParticipate in hiring, training, performance reviews, and team developmentTesting for moisture, weight, foreign material, damage, and specialty analyses such as mycotoxins and non-GMO testing đ Who Thrives in This Role

This role involves:
Standing for long periods, repetitive movements, and occasional lifting up to 15 lbsWorking in a temperature-controlled lab environment with dust and allergens presentNavigating stairs and using various lab equipmentA quiet-to-moderate noise level and close teamwork with othersReliable transportation is required.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30a-3:30p or 8:15a-4:15p depending on need, some weekends/add'l hours during harvest seasonWhat we offer:
