Support DNA expression technologiesExecute automated protein purifications using chromatographic techniques, TFF, and AKTA systemsCharacterize protein solutions using Agilent HPLC and SDS-PAGEPerform routine analytical measurements (pH, UV-Vis, HPLC)Prepare buffers and solutions; maintain inventories and lab equipmentClean and maintain AKTA systems (including CIP procedures)Document assay data and contribute to study reportsAbility to operate, program and perform high throughout testing using laboratory automation and liquid handlingPerform Endotoxin testingUpdate and maintain inventoriesPerform experiment documentation/notebookAssist in any troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentationDevelop and maintain knowledge of various aspects of laboratory operationsInteract effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific fieldAvailability to start as soon as possible (2 weeks - ~1 month from offer)Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience with protein purificationAuthorization to work in the US indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - overtime as required.May be required to respond to off-shift operational issues.Tasks require repetitive motion and standing for long periods of timeLinkedIn: #LI-EB1
