About this role
We currently have a great new opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join our friendly but driven team in our Glasgow Depot. The Vehicle Hire Division hires a range of light commercial vehicles to companies ranging from blue chip corporations and public sector organisations to medium sized enterprises.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operational management of our van and truck fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You ensure timely and accurate completion of all administration tasksYou effectively communicate with all internal depots to ensure all stock is kept up to date and correctly categorisedYou update monthly Cap Values and Net Book valuesYou liaise with our Remarketing partners to ensure vehicles are sold in a timely mannerYou prepare weekly disposal reports with DepotsYou work as part of a team as well as individuallyYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Adaptability You excel in a dynamic environment and can work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
Attention to Detail You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
Communication You have strong communication skills, enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in busy settings
Flexibility You are open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring continuous service
Driving License You hold a valid driving license and bring a minimum of 12 months driving experience
Background Previous experience in a fleet, logistics, transport or automotive admin role preferred
Expertise Understanding of vehicle compliance, maintenance processes, and road safety standards
