YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support the resolution of disputes related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs across multiple marketsYou manage arbitration cases by applying company policies and industry standards to ensure fair and consistent outcomesYou liaise with rental branches, reconditioning facilities, and third-party vendors to resolve escalated and complex casesYou maintain quality standards through scheduled and unannounced site visits, auditing reconditioning work and documentation practicesYou receive and evaluate damage claims, conducting in-person vehicle inspections to validate findings and determine outcomesYou assist operations leadership by documenting site visit results and delivering clear, actionable recommendations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have 5+ years of experience in automotive damage assessment, claims adjustment, or vehicle reconditioningEducation You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipTechnical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office ApplicationsSoft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communicationCommitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasksTravel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically up to 65%
